Coldwell Banker Realty Cares Foundation Agent Enrollment - Automatic Closing Deductions

  • The undersigned agrees to deduct voluntary contributions to the Coldwell Banker Realty Cares Foundation from their commission check. These funds will be held by the Foundation until it is deemed appropriate to donate. The donation will be to a public charity or other 501(c)(3) organization at the request of the Foundation’s Board of Advisors.

  • Deductions

  • Select amount to be deducted per side of a closed transaction from your commission check. (For example: If you are on the listing side and selling side of a transaction, and you request $25 be deducted, we will deduct $25 per side for a total of $50.)

  • Deductions will begin as soon as this request is forwarded to licensing/commissions. The renewal is automatic each year – if you wish to stop this deduction, simply contact Kelli Turner at kelli.turner@cbrealty.com to request the cancellation. Cancellations will be processed as soon as possible. You will receive an annual contribution letter for tax purposes.
